1-on-1 PT

The only thing we love more than what we do is the results we help our clients achieve - from the inside, out. Let us coach you, hype and support you in our 1-on-1 sessions that focus on getting you to the best version of you!

PRICE: PT prices vary from $80-95 per 45min session, depending on trainer and session frequency. We offer a no-strings attached complimentary trial for all, so feel free to drop us a line if you’re interested.

We have no lock-in contracts or joining fees and all weekly PT clients get unlimited access to our fully equipped gym at no extra cost. PLUS the option of adding unlimited classes for only $29 per week*.

*Excludes ‘Raise the Bar’ classes

2-on-1 PT

INTRODUCING… RAISE THE BAR!

Our most recent addition to Prime Athletica is a fully kitted rig system, purpose-built for our small group training class, Raise The Bar. Train with up to 7 other like-minded individuals and one of our highly experienced coaches to focus on lifting technique and increasing strength in a structured, safe and goal-oriented way.

Small group training is a great alternative for those who are a little more budget conscious or those that prefer the camaraderie of a group. Raise The Bar is included as part of our unlimited membership.
