The Classes

All Rounder

A cardio and strength hybrid workout to get the heart rate up and your blood pumping to every muscle group from head to toe. The format varies but the full-body challenge is a constant!

Pumping Iron

A strength workout that would make Arnie himself proud. Get ready to up your weights game and build serious strength in our full-body strength superset class.

Abcardio

ABC…ABs and Cardio…Get it? Expect dedicated ab exercises alternating with cardio efforts that keep the heart rate elevated throughout.

Raise the Bar

Level up your lifting with our barbell sessions, with a strong focus around the big 3 – Bench, Squat and Deadlift. Programmed for progressive overload over 8-week blocks.

Baby Got Back

Reach your leg and butt goals sooner! Expect dedicated leg work paired with complementary core exercises — a combination to build functional strength, from the ground up.

Up Top

Up Top is your fast track to stronger shoulders, arms, chest, back and core. Designed to complement Baby Got Back for those who like to split their training, and equally for those who like to skip leg day!

Sock It To Me

Punch, slip, duck and weave your way to stronger shoulders, arms and core! A boxing class for those wanting fitness, not fight skills!

Amped

All Rounder's high-energy sibling. Drawing from CrossFit-style formats, this class is designed to push your conditioning further — structured to challenge your fitness and deliver results that compound over time.
